Someone at KP was passing around a form highlighting the dissapearence of some of the rap 
chains at Frog, it suggested writing to you, as you may be getting a petition together to 
try and persuade whoever it is out of this irresponsible habit..

Well I think that whoever is doing it is bang out of order!
